   Indonesia has been hit with two natural disasters at the same time and killed at least 113 people.  At 25 October 2010, the tsunami hit the Mentawai islands on Monday. After a powerful earthquake in Indonesia that’s over 7.7 on the Richter scale. That reason is “The distance from the epicenter was very short, there’s no time to act on an alert.” said Ridwan Jamaluddin, of the Indonesian Agency for the Assessment   and Application of Technology.



    After the earthquake, three-meter high tsunami struck the Mentawai islands on Monday night.  Pagai Island is the most serious, which is accessible only by boat. Therefore, rescue workers from reaching the island immediately after the disaster. Meanwhile Indonesia Mount Merapi a volcanic eruption that has forced the hundreds of residents on the slopes. No alert in Indonesia tsunami is the most difficult challenge.  And Tsunamis can travel at speeds of several hundred kilometers  per hour.
